SHIPPING

Since we are based in Canada, we primarily ship through Purlator and UPS . Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our warehouse. Please allow additional time for the processing of your order at our warehouse.

 

Please note: If you enter your address incorrectly, we are not responsible for reshipping your order if it has already left our warehouse. Order edits to product or address are not guaranteed. Please double check all order information before placing your order.

 

We offer Free Shipping over $199.99 for all orders within Canada. Free Shipping is eligible for orders of a subtotal of $199.99 or more (before taxes and after any discount codes). This is automatically applied during checkout if you qualify.

Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products. If you run into any problems during the order process or in receiving your order please don't hesitate to contact us via the support tab or by emailing us at support@icreamco.com.

 

Parcel lost in transit/damaged in transit:
If your parcel was lost or received damaged, then please email your claim to support@icreamco.com upon notification. We will contact the courier and investigate the matter. And once we have confirmation from the courier that the parcel is lost or damaged, we will offer you a refund or a replacement.

 

Theft: 
We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore, if you share an address with other people, please be aware that they may take possession of your goods. If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there I am afraid that we or the courier cannot accept responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there, then please email support@icreamco.com immediately. In these cases, we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the courier.

 

Acts of God:  
Our chosen courier cannot be expected to deliver the consignment on time should the consignment be delayed or destroyed by an ‘Act of God’ – so for example extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment which we can reasonably argue is circumstances beyond our or our courier’s control.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which mean you have 30days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Should you wish to return any product(s) to us then please send a request to support@icreamco.com who will advise you accordingly on the return procedure/address depending on your reason.

This will help speed up the returns process and ensure appropriate records are maintained.
